As a mother of five, I know what it’s like to lose yourself in the chaos of motherhood—and how powerful it feels to take that strength back. I’ve gained, lost, and rebuilt my fitness more times than I can count. But each time, it wasn’t a fancy gym that helped me—it was my living room, my bedroom floor, or a quiet corner of the garage.

That’s why I created FitMomsRus: to show busy moms that you don’t need a gym membership, hours of free time, or expensive equipment to feel strong and confident again. My mission is to make home workouts for moms simple, sustainable, and empowering.
